About Graham

When it comes to recording, mixing, and producing music, my highest priority is to serve the song, the session, and the artist. I’m all about letting the take speak for itself, only using a subtle guiding hand when needed. I record and save everything. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. My recording style consists of utilizing all of the available space and committing to outboard inserts when tracking. Your sound is the driving force for my decisions in the control room. I’m here to make sure your sonic visions become a reality. I will happily make revisions to mixes free of charge until you are satisfied.

My journey into music and audio began at the young age of 12 when I first picked up a guitar. Growing up in central Arkansas on artists like Creedence Clearwater Revival, Johnny Cash, and Pink Floyd, my love for the warm vintage sound stayed with me over the years. I started recording myself and my friends in high school as a way for my band to get gigs. What started as a way to save a few bucks turned into a life long obsession. I gained my formal education in audio engineering from the Entertainment Technologies program at Guilford Technical Community College in Greensboro, NC. After gaining my education, I moved to Asheville, NC to pursue an internship at the beautiful Echo Mountain Recording in 2020. Since then I’ve advanced to the role of engineer, working on many notable sessions throughout my time at the studio. I look forward to pressing record for you!
